Last week you read about my first massage and how I loved it oh so much. It’s one of those fabulous perks of being a Social Media Specialist for a Massage Therapist. Well yesterday I had the opportunity to experience Tammy’s magic hands again. This time I had a 30 minute massage (upper body only) and a Peppermint Foot Scrub. You already know from the other post that the massage is wonderful and of course it was just as fabulous this past time. However, I found myself thinking about Facebook and blog posts during the massage. But when she started working on my feet with the peppermint oil, I couldn’t think of anything at all. I nearly fell asleep twice! It’s 30 minutes of mind-melting relaxation.
As soon as I read the list of services as Rejuvenation Station Studios, I knew I HAD TO HAVE the peppermint foot scrub! I love pampering my feet, but I rarely get the chance to. I tell my husband that no matter what the occasion, I ALWAYS want a pedicure. It’s not about the fancy nail polish for me. I just really appreciate having nice, smooth, soft feet. I love when they scrub my legs and wrap them in hot towels. I even love it when they scrape all the dead skin off my heels. Actually I really, really like that part. Well this peppermint foot scrub was all about the best parts of a pedicure, without the yucky nail salon smell, crowded room and less-than-friendly women I can barely understand. This will definitely be a once a month treatment for me.
I’m so thrilled with it that I’ve asked Tammy to give one of you this same special treatment. She’s so nice, of course she said “YES!”. So friends (Tampa Bay residents only this time), here’s how you can enter to win a Peppermint Foot Scrub from Rejuvenation Station Studios:
- Mandatory: Leave a comment here telling me what’s the hardest thing your feet have ever had to do.
- “Like” the Rejuvenation Station Studios Facebook page and leave a little note on the wall. Then leave a separate comment saying you did so.
- Subscribe to this blog.
- Follow me on Twitter @Jenn_Pants and tweet about this event. Make sure you share a link to this post and tag me in it. Then leave another separate comment saying you did this.
Each person can enter up to 4 times. The giveaway will end at 10:00pm EST on Monday, February 21st. At that time I will randomly choose a comment via Random.org. I will notify the author of the comment by email, so make sure it’s one you check often. You’ll have 2 days to get back to me or I will choose another winner. At that point you can give me your mailing address, which has to be local (Tampa Bay) and I will send you the gift certificate.
Good luck!

My poor feet are always in flip flops, pretty rough on them.
Thanks for posting this Jenn. I told my guys that we’d be getting massages this year and I’m going to call Tammy and make appointments.
Ok, tweet done…check! I retweeted your post (@sandysandmeyer)
Facebook…check!
I have to wear high heels to work EVERYDAY and walk through the airport and in the parking garages. My feet HURT!
Hardest thing my feet have to do is walk without shoes; I hate shoes! And, walk in heels. I’m not too crazy about them either.
Hey Jenn, I followed the directions to enter the contest! Thanks for offering such an AWESOME giveaway!
The hardest thing my feet have to do is standing on my feet making coffee and other hand crafted beverages all day….once I even worked from 8am to 11p. Ohhhhh the foot torture! Oh and the tattoo on the top of my foot was pretty rough too…
I’ve posted on the Facebook page for Rejuvenation Station!
Oh and I tweeted!
And am following your blog now!
Wear heals after someone stepped on my toe twice in one night. I was hobbling in the end.
Liked and left message on the Rejuvenation Station page.
I did everything but the Twitter instructions. I am having problems with my account. The hardest thing my feet have ever had to do was walk around swollen and pregnant not once, not twice, not three times, but four! I am sure others will have this same comment, but its worth a try
My feet have to endure endless cramping due to complications from back surgery. I like Jenn have tried the pedi at places where they do not even speak to me, but do a okay job, but rush! Have to have them done cause can no longer do it myself!
“Liked” the Rejuvenation Station Studios Facebook page and left a little note on the wall.

Followed you on twitter and k=left a tweet. Thanks Jenn for giving us all “something to look forward too!”
Probably walking through the parking lot of Blizzard Beach. Black as night pavement and the Florida sun between 12pm and 3pm creates a feeling like walking on hot burning coals. Not sure why I forgot my shoes but never again! That was torture!
I am now following your blog!!
I like the Rejuvenation Station Studios facebook page…good job!
Still trying to getter twitter up and running, but as soon as I do, we’ll hook up
I love to be able to pamper my feet. I am on them running around the hospital all day and then come home and take Chase out for a walk. Just to relax and have someone do a peppermint foot massage would be heaven…….<3
The hardest thing on my feet EVER was walking Disney World in these very cute strappy sandals and at the end of the day not being sure my feet were connected to my ankles – Never again – “be good to your feet” my sisters mantra
Cocktail waitressing in high heels for hours everynight was the worst!!
“Liked” the Rejuvenation Station Studios Facebook page and left a little note on the wall.
Thanks! I enjoy following your blog…always so informative!
The hardest thing for my feet is supporting all that weight above them, poor puppies, never a break.
Walk on water!
And, I have your blog feed coming directing into my Outlook RSS feed. So, I’m subscribed.
Hey Jen I “liked” the Rejuvenation Station Studio page and I also left a great comment
The hardest chalenge I ever put my feet through was dancing during Carnaval de Barranquilla, 1998… 4 days and nights at a rate of 10 hours a day at least. There comes a point when you can’t feel our toes anymore…but that didn’t seem to stop anybody until the very end
The hardest thing my feet have to do and will have to do for at least 18 more years, is run behind my 7yr old, 6yr old,4yr old and 1yr old sons all while trying to remain cute and maintain a stable and healthy mind. My feet also walk in and out of foster homes in Pinellas county on a daily basis to ensure and asses the safety of foster children in the area. My feet are busy and need some loving.
And Jen I am new follower, but I will continue to follow espcially since you like to give nice things away. Free nice stuff is my favorite!!! This was a GREAT blog. My feet are very greatful!!
my feet could sure use an overhaul
Years of tall shoes and walking barefoot on the beach and sandals 9 months out of the year make for scratchy dry broken skin surrounding my heals and sideways toes. Its time to start taking care of God’s basic answer to transportation – my feet!!!!!
visited the Rejuvenation Center page…looks so inviting…cant wait to get a massage done there…foot or otherwise
